In celebration of International Women's Day, Mastercard Hong Kong has partnered with seven global and local enterprises to empower cardholders to be an advocate of the initiative through exclusive privileges, as well as putting together a lineup of activities to take employees right through Women’s History Month.

The seven enterprises include wellness centre ARCH, florist Floristry by Art of Living (florist),  bakery Joey Eat Patisserie, plant-based sneakers store KIBO, crystal shop Moon Convos , pottery studio TY Ceramics and fashion brand VIVIENNE TAM.

This comes along with Mastercard's commitment to co-creating a better and more equal world with its cardholders that allows for limitless possibilities, both within the organisation and externally. At Mastercard, the female-to-male ratio in Greater China has reached 51%, with female executives accounting for 44% of the leadership team. Of all new hires in 2022, 53% were women, underpinning the fact that Mastercard has never ceased to cultivate a positive culture.

In line with the celebration, Mastercard will plant one tree on behalf of each and every female employee in Greater China through the Priceless Planet Coalition.
