lululemon empowers HKers to 'find their wellbeing' with local initiatives

As part of its regional campaign “Find Your Wellbeing” , lululemon has introduced a series of local initiatives in Hong Kong to encourage consumers to embrace personal wellbeing through simple acts of mindfulness, connection and movement.
This comes as the brand unveiled its regional campaign to raise awareness for wellbeing and remove stigmas, social pressures and emotional challenges, following the release of lululemon’s third annual Global Wellbeing Report on September 21, which found Gen Z and men struggling with the impact of low wellbeing levels.
The campaign kicked off with a four-day event in Seoul, South Korea in October to celebrate the World Mental Health Day (October 10). The immersive event experience featured activities to encourage guests to discover their own personal wellbeing journeys, with the presence of lululemon’s ambassadors JEON SOMI and Taeyang.
In Hong Kong, the brand has also introduced a series of activities as part of the campaign, including a wellbeing kit giveaway which runs until 23 October, yoga classes conducted by lululemon ambassadors to be held between mid and late October, and the WhatsApp stickers in collaboration with artist humchuk (含蓄).
Wellbeing Experiences are also being arranged around Hong Kong on 15 October and 22 October by lululemon ambassadors to reach the community and encourage everyone to move.
This aims to inspire and support everyone’s self-exploration, empowering guests to move their bodies, grow their minds and connect with the world at their own pace, after the lululemon study found many HongKongers having lower wellbeing this year.
While the Find Your Wellbeing campaign is supported by Edelman on a regional level, the Hong Kong initiatives are currently being run in-house. To amplify the campaign message, the local initiatives in Hong Kong will be shared online and on social media.
Apart from South Korea and Hong Kong, the brand has also launched local initiatives in other key markets such as Japan, Thailand and Singapore to help guests achieve their wellbeing on physical, mental, and social levels.

Back in August, lululemon appointed four local athletes as its Hong Kong ambassadors to inspire consumers to prioritise their social, physical and mental wellbeing, as well as explore possibilities through movement.
The four ambassadors include professional rugby player Cado Lee, professional swimmer Camille Cheng, professional fencer Ryan Choi and Hong Kong’s top tennis player Eudice Chong.
