Louis Vuitton has picked Blackpink member Lisa as its newest global house ambassador. Working closely with Nicholas Ghesquire, artistic director of the Women’s collections at Louis Vuitton, she aims to embody shared values in excellence, culture and craft.

Louis Vuitton revealed this collaboration on its socials through a series of pictorials and an introductory film.

The film featured an interview with Lisa, where the singer shared her thoughts and history with the brand.

“I feel so honoured to be working with such a great brand that I admire, so I’m really looking forward to making greater moments with Louis Vuitton. Throughout the many years, Louis Vuitton has always maintained its originality. Its iconic monogram is such a historic piece that is popular until today. So, I aim to be someone that can maintain this originality,” said Lisa in the film.

Lisa had previously participated in the Louis Vuitton’s 10th anniversary fashion show earlier this year, where she had met Ghesquire. In her socials, she was seen donning a monogram gold clutch from Louis Vuitton.

“I am very excited to welcome Lisa as a house ambassador. She has a daring spirit and charisma that I find incredibly compelling. She is as bold and creative with her music as she is with her fashion, and it is a privilege to accompany her on this journey,” said Ghesquire on an Instagram post.

The viral K-pop sensation has also been an ambassador for Hedi Slimane’s Celine since 2020, another luxury brand owned by the LVMH group.

Last month, PUMA also named Blackpink's Rosé as its new global brand ambassador. Over the course of the partnership, the K-pop idol will support additional classic franchises in PUMA’s Sportstyle category.

The Korean-New Zealand K-pop star’s ambassador role will be dedicated to amplifying PUMA’s catalog of iconic silhouettes and supporting the “Rewrite the Classics” program, which celebrates PUMA’s most timeless franchises, bringing them into a new generation, PUMA said at the time.
