LoopMe, a mobile video platform specialising in AI brand advertising, has expanded into Asia Pacific through the opening of its Singapore office. Clients include Adidas, Shiseido, Marina Bay Sands, Lazada and Zalora. The new office also supplements other regional offers in China and India, said the press statement.Annie McNamara, head of sales, Asia Pacific will focus on growing the Asia Pacific business as well as the team in Singapore, by bringing LoopMe's AI brand video solutions to the region. She draws on over seven years of experience in digital media at companies including Millennial Media and YuMe (now part of RhythmOne), before joining LoopMe’s HQ in London in 2015.According to Stephen Upstone, CEO and co-founder of LoopMe, digital is expected to account for 53.5% of all ad spend by 2020 in Asia Pacific. As such, after a successful expansion into the US, Upstone said Asia Pacific was the next logical step for the company to set up an office."Much of the growth will be fuelled by mobile advertising and APAC is ahead of the curve in the adoption of AI. This means LoopMe is perfectly placed to offer a solution for agencies and brands which fits their needs," McNamara said.
