Lion & Lion shuffles regional management, appoints new SG and Indonesia MD

Digital marketing agency Lion & Lion has appointed John Campbell-Bruce to the managing director role for its Jakarta office, to drive Lion & Lion’s second-biggest market. He replaces Steven Ghoos who will be leading Lion & Lion’s business in Singapore as the new managing director. Ghoos has been with the company, leading the Jakarta office for over one and a half years.Meanwhile, Campbell-Bruce brings with him strong experience in digital marketing strategy and delivery from large multinationals to smaller independent agencies. He formed his career in Australia, working with brands such as American Express, Microsoft, Diageo and Unilever with agencies covering digital, media publishing and traditional through Razorfish, the white agency, Ogilvy, Droga5, Innocean and Yahoo!.Fredrik Gumpel, CEO at Lion & Lion, states, “With the recent management changes in Indonesia and Singapore, we further strengthen our position and capability to help our clients with strategic and impactful marketing, as well as building an organisation that is driven and motivated by helping businesses grow.”“Campbell-Bruce’s digital marketing expertise and experience will be vital in driving the business and market further. Gumpel was last helmed the role of chief commercial officer, and took on additional responsibilities for Lion & Lion’s two growth markets, Vietnam and Taiwan.
