LiHO TEA’s parent company, RTG Holdings Singapore, has named Vintedge Malaysia its social media agency, effective immediately for six months following a pitch in June.Vintedge will offer strategic counsel, creative services and content promotion for LiHO’s social media in the Malaysia market. As of July this year, LiHO has opened two outlets in Malaysia, located in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. A+M has reached out to Vintedge for additional information.Jaime Ong, marketing manager of RTG Holdings, said it is excited to bring the brand to bubble tea lovers in Malaysia. “In our search for a digital partner in Malaysia, Vintedge convinced us with a well-thought-out social marketing strategy that demonstrated their creative capabilities and in-depth knowledge of the local market,” Ong said.She added that social media has been an effective channel for the company to grow its brand presence and build customer loyalty in Singapore, and it looks forward to working with Vintedge to achieve the same success for its Malaysia venture.Meanwhile, Olvin Tan, partner of Vintedge Malaysia, said the LiHO brand is both fun and playful. “The characteristics of this brand will certainly give us the opportunities to push the creative boundaries and create buzz on social media.
