HK Labour Department and Ocean Park join forces to give out entry tickets to 3,000 households

In tandem with the Happy Hong Kong campaign, Hong Kong Labour Department (LD) and Ocean Park have joined hands to give out 12,000 Ocean Park tickets to 3,000 households, showing gratitude to their domestic helpers by submitting a clip thanking them.

This comes as the Labour Department (LD) launched a Thankful Week for Families with Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) on 15 May to promote mutual respect and harmonious relationships between FDHs and their employers.

Available until 28 May, foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) and their employers are invited to record a video of themselves for a chance to win free entry to Ocean Park under its “Thankful Week for Families with Foreign Domestic Helpers” drive.

Domestic helpers and their employers may jointly record a short video clip of 20 to 30 seconds to express gratitude and appreciation for each other, and to share tips on building a harmonious relationship with mutual respect and care.

As part of the campaign, the Labour Department has also partnered up with Ocean Park to give out 12,000 Ocean Park admission tickets to 3,000 participating households to share happy and enjoyable moments together. Each winning family will receive four tickets, with two designated for helpers. Lots will be drawn if the number of entries exceeds 3,000.
