Johor Land reveals new logo and identity ahead of mega tech developments

Malaysia's Johor Land has unveiled a new brand identity and started developing the Sedenak Technology Valley with the Discovery project in 2023. The Sedenak Technology Valley is set to be driven by technologies and to be complied with by environmental, social and governance (ESG) guidelines when it comes to developing advanced industries, ecosystems, and communities, reported New Strait Times.
In an Instagram post on 23 August 2022 by Johor Land, it said that the new logo identity has allowed it to proposition itself to be part of its story in enhancing well-being and enriching the community, where it has revealed JLand's Next Chapter on social media. In addition, the company has released its heritage video on YouTube on its 50th anniversary and giving its audience a "hint" of its strategic plans.
Mohd Yusof Ahmad, JLand executive director said at the start of the third quarter in Sedenak, its 131 hectares development is expected to start then and for its 50th anniversary, it will be focusing on strategies for JLand's flagship that corresponds to the event, reported The Star. Ahmad said that its new identity and proposition show its commitment and transforming its portfolio into commercial, industrial real estate, and residential.
In addition, JCorp president and chief executive and JLand chairman Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim said has developed many of Johor's real estate projects in the past 50 years, reported New Strait Times.
