Hong Kong Tourism Board hunts for PR agency for MY market

Hong Kong Tourism Board is on the search for a PR agency for the Malaysia Market. 

The appointed agency will be tasked to plan and implement PR and marketing campaigns in Malaysia to achieve HKTB's PR objectives and encourage visitors arrivals to Hong Kong during the contract period. 

The contract period is for two years from 1 May 2025, with an option to renew for another year.

In addition, the PR activities will include media monitoring, dissemination of press releases, management of brand and influencers campaigns, as well as the execution of media events and familiarisation trips. 

All agencies intending to pitch shall provide an expression of interest on a company letterhead and send it via email to Mandy Foo (mandy.foo@hktb.com).

The deadline for submission of interest is by 12pm on 10 February 2025, with an online briefing conducted by HKTB on 12 February 2025. 

Shortlisted agencies will be invited to take part in the pitch presentation by 4 March 2025. 

The Hong Kong Tourism Board is a government-subvented body tasked to market and promote Hong Kong as a travel destination worldwide and to enhance visitors' experience once they arrive.
