Are Media has launched a national centenary campaign to celebrate Home Beautiful, Australia’s longest-running interiors brand, which marks 100 years in print this October.

Titled Home Beautiful 100, the campaign pays tribute to the brand’s legacy while positioning it as a contemporary multiplatform offering, with print, video, social, commerce and live event components aimed at home design enthusiasts and brand partners.

Launched today with a hero video, the campaign will run through to September, culminating in a centenary edition of the magazine featuring “100 of the most beautiful rooms” from the brand’s archive.

Home Beautiful editor Elle Lovelock said the centenary campaign was both a celebration and a commercial opportunity for marketers to connect with an audience passionate about home design.

“Home Beautiful has been part of Australians’ homes and lives for 100 years and continues to lead the conversation about what makes a house a home,” she said. “This campaign is a powerful and meaningful way for brands to engage with audiences ready to take action.”

Activations will include a live panel event and $100,000 renovation giveaway at the Sydney Home Show, a three-month editorial series led by Jamie Durie, and expanded social-first video content under the theme Design Now, Love Forever.

Are Media director of content Sally Eagle said the brand now reaches more than 2.3 million Australians monthly and remains one of the most trusted names in home inspiration.
