Guardian Malaysia has launched its latest campaign for Hari Raya entitled ‘#GuardianRaya2023 – Guardian kingdom for all, part of which is a music video called ‘Gaurdian Raya Untuk Semua’ (Guardian Raya For all).
The music video premiered on 27 March 2023 in conjunction with the health and beauty retailer’s promotional offers for the festive season.
The video reinforces the importance of strong family values and ties that bloom during festive occasions such as Hari Raya. According to media outlet, Bernama, the head of marketing, Angela Teo concurred that this was the aim of the campaign video. Hence, the overarching theme was titled – ‘a family that plays together, stays together’.

The music video is anchored in the song composed by famed Malayisan composer Shazee Ishak.
Teo went on to add that what sets this video apart from previous ones is that it features four loyal Guardian customers who were among the finalists of the retailer’s face of healthy beauty contest held in 2019. The video is available on social media and was done in collaboration with Bold Media.
In conjunction with the campaign, Guardian has also introduced its initiative to help underprivileged children. According to media reports, for every liter of bath care products sold, Guardian will donate RM0.15 to fund bath care products for children.
Last year, Guardian Malaysia rolled out its first-ever music video campaign for Hari Raya, titled "Kembalikan Kemeriahan bersama Guardian" (Restore the excitement with Guardian). The video told the story of four young sisters who make their long-awaited journey back home, to surprise their mother for Hari Raya.
A+M has reached out to Bold Media to learn more about the campaign film.
