In celebration of its 10th anniversary, foodpanda Hong Kong has launched a new campaign to thank Hongkongers for their support over the past decade.
Launching from 2 September to 10 November, the 10-week campaign has implemented a series of promotional activities centred around the theme of "10."
A spokesperson from foodpanda told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the campaign aims to express gratitude to its customers and its stakeholders for their support, and to celebrate the milestone of the brand in Hong Kong.
“With partnerships now spanning over 14,000 restaurants, we are committed to offering a wide range of choices to our customers, further solidifying foodpanda's position as the go-to delivery platform in Hong Kong," the spokesperson added.
As part of the campaign, foodpanda will offer various rewards and discounts each week, spanning across food delivery, pick-up, and grocery orders. The first-week promotion provides 90% off selected dishes at seven featured restaurants. Meanwhile, the following nine weeks will feature foodpanda vouchers, pick-up discounts, as well as other offers.
Moreover, foodpanda has introduced a 10th-anniversary stamp card rewards programme, allowing customers to earn one stamp for every HK$100 spent, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards. These rewards include vouchers and themed merchandise featuring Pau-Pau, foodpanda's brand ambassador, such as umbrellas, USB night lights, and mahjong set.
Additionally, foodpanda has teamed up with Citibank to offer credit card rebates. Customers using designated Citi credit cards on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month during the promotion period will receive a 10% rebate.

Back in August, foodpanda Hong Kong partnered with Japanese megastar Takuya Kimura for the first time in its campaign, promoting McDonald’s McGriddles’ exclusive launch on foodpanda. From 5 August until 8 September, foodpanda Hong Kong is the exclusive delivery platform for ordering McDonald’s McGriddles.
Also known as "foodpanda HK x Takuya Kimura: Order McDonald's McGriddles with foodpanda, hit the snooze button without worry!", the campaign features Kimura engaging in Cantonese dialogue, and appearing against a light pink dreamland. It will be promoted via television and outdoor advertisements.
