Far East Hospitality has tapped on tech and creative digital marketing agency Bray Leino Splash (BLS) Singapore as its web development and UX agency for two years. The agency is tasked with enhancing the existing digital experience of their customers and will be utilising its Sitecore expertise to create best-in-class UX for Far East Hospitality's customers.
At the same time, BLS has also been appointed the digital and social media agency for Far East Organisation's newest luxury development, The Cairnhill. The engagement will see the agency take the lead on establishing and maintaining digital brand awareness and lead generation across Singapore and Indonesia.
Meanwhile, SG Enable, an agency dedicated to building an inclusive society and enabling persons with disabilities, has also tasked BLS to undertake extensive UX research and the design development of SG Enable’s corporate website on a new platform. The agency was also appointed to lead digital marketing efforts for SG Enable's programmes related to employment and employability for the next 12 months.
Chia Ai Ling, director of communications and community engagement for SG Enable, said the team at Bray Leino Splash put up a strong proposal that showcased its expertise in UX research, web design and e-accessibility.
"What impressed us most was their adaptability and the insights they shared when we informed them that the revamp of our corporate website needed to take into account SG Enable’s entire digital ecosystem which consists of diverse stakeholders and multiple related websites. As work started, we remain impressed with their professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to help us think through the decisions we have to make. We’re glad they are part of our project team," she explained.
These new clients come on the back of the agency’s appointment as the website design, development, and implementation lead of new projects for Mitsubishi Electric and Earth Observatory Singapore which are due to launch in the latter part of Q1 2022. BLS also recently expanded its digital experience team.
Last year, BLS also worked with ZALORA Malaysia to revamp its Community Influencer Programme. This resulted in ZALORA having an increase of up to 150% sign ups for the programme as well as a 90% increase in time spent on the site.
BLS's MD, Joshua Lee, said 2021 was a standout year for BLS Singapore. "We feel extremely privileged to have the opportunity to work with these new brands in creating experiences that serve their customers’ needs well. We remain bullish about 2022 with a great team in place and will continue to be focused on leveraging our enhanced UX and Digital Experience offerings," he added.
