
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts names new regional PR agency in Asia

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has appointed Companion Communications as its regional PR agency in Asia. Under the agreement, Companion will oversee public relations, marketing communications, strategic advisory, storytelling, partnerships, content creation, and crisis support for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in the Asian region.
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts offers a portfolio of 93 extraordinary hotels where grand moments of life, heartfelt pleasures and personal milestones are celebrated and remembered long after any visit.
Since 1907, Fairmont has created magnificent, meaningful and unforgettable hotels, rich with character and deeply connected to the history, culture and community of its destinations – places such as The Plaza in New York City, The Savoy in London, Fairmont Singapore, Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, and Fairmont Jaipur.
Founded in 2019, Companion offers a senior-led approach to communications, specialising in the travel, dining, and property industries. With offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, the agency brings together expertise across strategic public relations, corporate communications, content development, and social media.

Most recently, Fairmont's sister brand Raffles Hotels & Resorts launched the highly-anticipated Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the country’s first all-villa resort. Set within 100,000 square metres of lush tropical greenery on Sentosa Island, this exceptional resort, created in collaboration with the Royal Group, blends natural beauty with impeccable hospitality, building on the rich legacy of the storied Raffles brand, which was founded in Singapore in 1887.
