Singh joins Dragon Rouge from Elmwood Brand Design, where he held the role of global business director. He has led accounts such as Heineken, Upfield, Danone, Kimberly Clark, Mondelez, Unilever and Diageo.
Before that, he was a business director at Holmes & Marchant for three years, as well as an account director and group account director for seven years.
Outside of Singapore, he was a client services director at Brand Society in Melbourne for one year in 2017.
Grendowicz, on the other hand, joins from Design Bridge and Partners (formerly Superunion) in Hong Kong and London before her new role at Dragon Rouge. She served the role of strategist, senior strategist and strategy director throughout her nine years with Design Bridge and Partners.
In the past, she has consulted for global and regional businesses with a focus on financial services, hospitality, tech, gaming and consumer goods. Her experience includes HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover, Universal Music Group, ESL esports, Reckitt and Shangri-La Group.
"We are delighted to appoint Singh and Grendowicz to our South East Asia business unit. As we continue to grow our business in both CPG and corporate across the APAC region and Middle East, Singh and Grendowicz will both be important components to our business and offer," said JiAnn Ng, CEO of Dragon Rouge Asia, in a statement.
Dragon Rouge has been on a path to grow its Asia team in recent years. In March 2023, it appointed Ng as its CEO for all of Asia.
Along with the new CEO, Chen Xi took over as managing director of Shanghai too.
Ng has led Dragon Rouge’s Shanghai office successfully for the past five years. Chen joins from Landor & Fitch, where he was based in Shanghai and Beijing.
