Deliveroo Singapore has partnered with BenefitHub, an integrated lifestyle benefits and rewards portal, to offer its fleet of riders access to over over 200 everyday discounts and benefits, tailored to riders' needs. From 1 June, Deliveroo riders can access the BenefitHub portal to access discounts and benefits spanning across different lifestyle areas, including food and dining, automobile, travel and well-being.

The partnership will also see riders receive up to 50% cashback on brands such as Circles.Life, Calvin Klein, Charles & Keith, DirectAsia Insurance, Klook, Shopee, Lazada, Sephora, Zalora, Crocs and Trip.com, among others. These cashback rewards will be credited to their e-wallets, and can be cashed out upon accumulation of at least SG$10.

Deliveroo said in a statement that the rider benefits from this partnership come on top of existing perks for its riders on BenefitHub, which include discounts on corporate schemes at StarHub and M1, as well as discounts on motorcycle rentals.

Jason Parke, head of operations, Deliveroo Singapore said that it was able to determine the type of support required by its riders through regular rider surveys, to tailor its initiatives according to their needs. "Our riders are at the heart of all that we do, and their well-being is of utmost importance. We are incredibly grateful to our riders who display care and dedication in delivering Singaporeans’ favourite meals to their homes and are pleased to secure additional deals and benefits for them via the BenefitHub platform to express our gratitude," he added.

Deliveroo’s partnership with BenefitHub marks the latest in a series of rider-focused schemes. Existing rider perks include discounted food and drinks for riders during and after their working hours, in partnership with Deliveroo’s restaurant partners, vehicle care  promotions, restaurant deals and accessories. Earlier this month, Deliveroo also partnered with Singapore Kindness Movement to distribute Kindness Kits to its riders on Kindness Day Singapore to recognise and thank riders for their steadfast work, especially as front liners during the pandemic. It also worked with Silver Ribbon Singapore to conduct Rider Stress Management workshops to teach its riders the importance of mental health and valuable tips on managing challenging situations.

Separately, Deliveroo launched an Easter campaign in Singapore in March this year. During the campaign period, users had to keep a lookout for Deliveroo riders who would be "donning bunny ears on their helmets, a bunny face mask and even a little bunny tail attached to their delivery bag".
