Cycle & Carriage promotes chief customer officer Stanley Toh

Stanley Toh (pictured) has been appointed the new position of general manager, customer engagement, and communications, at Cycle & Carriage Singapore. Toh was previously chief customer officer, a position he held for almost five years. As a chief customer officer, he was responsible for being in the senior leadership team driving customer-centric experiences, service delivery, and digital transformation.

Toh told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that with the new role, there has been an expansion where he now looks over regional competencies, covering branding and marketing, data protection, and possibly regional master contracts. 

Prior to his time with Cycle & Carriage, Toh worked for the CPF board as director of media and publicity. He helmed the position for almost three years. He was the head of the media and publicity department which consisted of three sections, digital and social media, media relations and corporate communications, and marketing. 

Toh was also the head of channels and digital marketing at United Overseas Bank for almost three years. He provided marketing leadership to branches, internet banking, mobile banking, websites, self-service banking channels, and multi-media marketing initiatives across the bank. Toh was also in charge of developing bank-wide digital strategies and plans and facilitating channels integration in delivering an enhanced customer experience.

Most recently, Cycle & Carriage selected Antsomi CDP 365 as its customer data platform (CDP) to empower its omnichannel customer experience. Antsomi CDP 365 is built by Antsomi, a regional marketing technology company with clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. 

Currently Cycle & Carriage distributes, retails, and provides aftersales services for new and used vehicles in Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
