Colgate-Palmolive names Jonathan Forma to lead digital transformation

Colgate-Palmolive has appointed Jonathan Forma as digital transformation director, according to his LinkedIn.
Forma joined the company in October. Prior to his latest appointment, Forma worked for HSBC for four years and his last position was senior marketing science and data manager for Asia Pacific from April 2021 to October 2021. He drove top-line revenue growth for the bank's global business by identifying strategic opportunities, leveraging or driving brand strength and using advanced techniques to identify business and customer insights.
He was head of digital data and acquisition squad lead from August 2018 to April 2021. In this position, he managed a team of more than 15 and focused on digital data and analytics across 11 markets in APAC. He was also responsible for driving customer experience, customer acquisition and journey optimisation to increase sales and revenue. Before this position, he joined HSBC as digital messaging performance manager, where he led a regional team responsible for cross-channel message performance analysis, evaluation, as well as audience selection, creation and targeting.
Forma also worked for GTB, formerly Blue Hive, for more than five years. Based in Shanghai, he was senior analytics and insight director for the Lincoln China account. He offered analytics and insights across the entire Lincoln China business, including digital optimisation, CRM optimisation, advanced modeling, and sales and marketing analysis.
Moreover, he also held other senior positions such as digital analytics director and digital campaign analytics manager, as he was responsible for digital and CRM analytics for Ford Motor Company and the automotive industry across12 countries in APAC.
Forma started working in China in 2011, as he joined enterprise AI software provider C3 Energy Network in China as content and research analyst before moving to Breakingpoint Consultant in 2012.
