OOH media company Clear Channel Singapore has launched its first large format street-side digital billboard, Electric City. Some of the first few advertisers the company worked with include Cycle & Carriage Kia, Pandora, Pedro and The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia.
Electric City is a tech-fuelled product that supports full-motion and audio-visual content, in a bid to deliver an immersive and interactive experience. These Electric City billboards are located in Orchard and Robinson, further enabling OOH-to-mobile integration with near-field communication, microphone and radio-frequency identification to deliver interactive campaigns.
According to Kelly Khoo, CEO, Clear Channel Singapore, Electric City can dynamically feature synchronised content across screens unlike other out-of-home TV screens. “We strive to meet market demands by offering advertiser new opportunities in OOH advertising, led by digital, tech and scale. It’s imperative that we continue to initiate growth and innovation for the ever-evolving OOH business,” she said.
