BOCHK empowers SMEs to think forward for digital transformation

Bank of China (Hong Kong) (BOCHK) has unveiled a “real boss” campaign featuring local actor Raymond Wong and various founders of local brands.

Also known as "Think forward, dare to innovate" (前瞻 所以創新), the campaign targets all SMEs and aims to drive market awareness of business banking support via BOCHK's enhanced iGTB MOBILE app to support growth and digital transformation of SMEs. 

To resonate and appeal to SMEs in the market, the lineup features individual bosses from different industries, including food and beverage, retail, IT and beauty, sharing their own innovation and transformation stories, which are authentic to create resonance.

The campaign features bite-size reels enriched with AI-generated content to illustrate the business environment and transformation of four real SME customers which draw attention on social aspects. Through machine learning, it allows us to personalise and push respective boss’ stories to targeted segment groups.
 
To further elevate response in the market, BOCHK also partnered with Wong in the founder lineup, who is also the founder of "Yue Sang Sea Product", a legacy retail brand with almost 40 years of history which adopts BOCHK business banking services along its growth journey. 

To stay relevant, Yue Sang Sea Product has expanded beyond its traditional offerings. It has developed its own line of snacks and healthy soups, created online resources to educate customers about dried sea products, and actively engaged with younger generations. In recent years, it has also embraced online marketing to offer 24x7 shopping convenience.

Apart from Wong, the campaign has also featured Will Li and Jack Pang, founders of local lemon tea brand Lam Heung Ling, Skin Need's founder Christal Leung and Mobile.Cards founder Keith Lee.
