
Ampersand Advisory expands creative team with slew of new hires

Consultagency Ampersand Advisory has expanded its creative team with new hires as well as a key promotion.
The strategic move reinforces Ampersand Advisory's commitment to delivering cutting-edge creative solutions and business insights to drive brand sales growth.
Additionally, the new hires bring a wealth of experience across branding, short-form storytelling and design to ensure the consultagency remains at the forefront of the marketing landscape.
The consultagency has named Claudia Low creative director. Low brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and women's publishing in Southeast Asia. She previously collaborated with major brands such as Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, and U Mobile.

She was previously at Lion & Lion for over seven years, helming the roles of regional creative director, regional creative content director and regional head of creative content.
In tandem, Ampersand Advisory has promoted Jeff Ng to head of art. Bringing a sharp eye and a keen sense of visual flair, Ng has worked at Ampersand Advisory for more than 5 years.
In his role, Ng will oversee the visual aesthetic for the agency. He will be responsible for ensuring the company’s output has eye-catching appeal, emotional resonance, and strong visual impact across all creative outputs too.
Meanwhile, Ralve Khor will join Ampersand Advisory as group head. An award-winning creative, Khor has worked on notable brands such as CelcomDigi, Coway and 7-Eleven.
Rounding out the expanded team is Christie Herman. An advertising veteran in Malaysia, Herman has worked on both local and international brands and has won over 80 local and global awards in his time.
As part of its ongoing expansion, the company is also investing in new AI tools and technology to support the creative team in delivering groundbreaking work.

Ampersand Advisory has been making headlines as of late with its recent projects including the Alliance Bank Bizsmart Challenge film, Calpis chewy grape launch featuring AI radio DJ Aina, TENA Active ageing report and band hunt, Shiseido VR world as well as the Enfagrow AI song.
The Enfagrow AI song was recently recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for the "most toddler's voices in an AI generated song
The Mother's Day song featured hundreds of toddlers' voices submitted for the Enfagrow A+ MindPro AI Generated Mother's Day song contest which ran from 15 March to 30 April this year.
Each submission was crafted with love and showcased unique storytelling of the bond between mothers and children in an AI generated musical composition.
