TM hands tech and social remit to GrowthOps Asia

TM has picked marketing transformation agency GrowthOps Asia as its technology, performance, and social media partner.

Within its new remit, GrowthOps Asia will oversee TM’s digital channels, inclusive of digital media, social media, web presence, and analytics across various business units, with a specific emphasis on the Unifi brand.

As part of this partnership, GrowthOps will promote the brand and products of TM across all digital channels for the next three years until April 2026.

The agency has previously supported the launch of Yunni, the mascot for Unifi’s convergence package, titled the uni5G campaign. It has also executed more than 34 campaigns.

“As we embark on this exciting journey with TM, we are poised to redefine the digital landscape. Our expertise will empower TM to stand out in the ever-evolving digital realm,” said Chee Hung Goon, chief executive officer of GrowthOps.

Earlier this year, GrowthOps also acquired creative consumer public relations agency FORWARD, expanding the group's capabilities in high-growth sectors.

The acquisition will see GrowthOps bringing earned media, influencer marketing, brand social content and activation capabilities to its clients around Australia and the APAC region.

By joining forces with GrowthOps, FORWARD will now have access to a broad range of strategy, creative and digital services from GrowthOps' other agencies, including AJF Partnership, Khemistry, PENSO and GO Digital.
