Esprit’s associate director of digital analytics and performance marketing Alex Lee (pictured) has left the firm to take on the role of deputy head of marketing, 24 Storage, Uni-China Group.

In this newly created role, Lee will drive 24 Storage’s digital growth and transform its marketing strategies. He reports to Agnes Lung, group chief marketing and digital officer, Uni-China Group.

Lee brings over 13 years of experience in the digital industry, having worked at both the brand and agency levels, and contributing to the digital success across various brands such as HSBC, Cathay Pacific, Rosewood Hotels, Philips and Colgate-Palmolive.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in leveraging digital technology to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency, particularly in the areas of digital technologies and programmatic advertising.

Before joining Uni-China Group, he was the associate director of digital analytics and performance marketing at Esprit Hong Kong.

In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Lee said while he enjoyed my time there and gained valuable experience, he also sought new challenges and opportunities for professional growth. “Joining Uni-China Group presented the perfect opportunity to apply my digital marketing expertise and contribute to the company's digital transformation journey,” he added.

“I'm thrilled to lead 24 Storage's marketing strategies as the company embraces digital transformation. By fostering innovation, utilising data to guide our decisions, and placing emphasis on performance marketing, adtech, and martech, we will elevate Uni-China Group's marketing efforts, strengthen our market position, and establish a solid foundation for long-term success in the digital age,” he said.
