Zara is set to launch online sales through a dedicated worldwide online platform to bring its fashion collections to 106 new markets. From tomorrow, Zara's global women's, men's and kids' collection will be available in a total of 202 markets, underpinned by the integrated store and online platform. Most of these new markets are in Africa and include Angola, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Ghana. The online store is also making its début in numerous parts of the Caribbean and Indonesia. This new global online store is available in English and French and comes with dedicated customer service in English and, in French-speaking markets, also in French.Zara currently has stores in 96 markets with an online presence in 49 of those markets. With the store and online integration, orders placed online can be delivered to customers' homes from the stores in the country closest to where they live or they can be picked up in store, ensuring that customer service is fast and convenient.During the opening of Zara's flagship store on Corso Vittorio Emanuele (Milan, Italy) last September, the chairman and CEO of Inditex, Pablo Isla, announced that “all of Inditex's brands will be available online anywhere in the world by 2020”.  Against this backdrop, online sales will be expanded to new markets over the coming months, including those in which Zara already has stores, where it will develop local online sales platforms.Items can be bought using popular payment methods such as PayPal and all the main credit cards. Orders will be fulfilled from the online platform in Spain and received within three to seven days, depending on the destination.
