Xapo Bank names new global head of content marketing

Bitcoin-enabled bank Xapo Bank has appointed Rahil Bhagat as its new global head of content marketing. Bhagat will be reporting to Xapo Bank's vice president of marketing, Neeraj Sane.
In this newly created role, Bhagat will be responsible for building and executing an impactful narrative for Xapo Bank, develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, manage a team of content creators including writers, editors, designers and videographers, as well as oversee the production of all content.
Bhagat will also be tasked to ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent with Xapo Bank's voice and tone, ensure consistent narratives across channels and campaigns and measure the success of content marketing efforts.

His global role encompasses all markets where Xapo Bank operates including Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and North America (NA).
This isn't Bhagat's first role in the world of cryptocurrency. Prior to joining Xapo Bank, Bhagat was the global head of content marketing at cryptocurrency exchange platform Binance. In his two years, Bhagat was a key strategist in crisis communication during pivotal industry events, spearheaded international market expansion and managed a diverse range of content including short and long-form copy in over 30 languages.
Bhagat's other roles include senior marketing manager at ByteDance, product marketing manager at Experian and global head of content at Unbound Global.
Before foraying into marketing, Bhagat took on writing roles as a contributor at Forbes, CNET and The Straits Times.
