Vivo Malaysia has unveiled a motivational short film, produced by and shot with the help of vivo X50 Pro starring popular Malaysian television personality, Gan Jiang Han (pictured). This short film comes in celebration of the recent launch of the X series, X50 and X50 Pro. A+M had reached out for additional information.
Gan, who is known for his quick wit and unorthodox presenting style, aims to draw the interest of those especially from the Chinese market. Recognising his strong influence on the middle-to-upper audience, vivo Malaysia hopes to bring positivity and encouragement to the nation, especially to the younger generation through this initiative. The film also aims to showcase X50 Pro’s capability as a redefined photography flagship, while encouraging Malaysians to reset, recover and readjust to embrace the new norm after the life-changing COVID-19 experience.

Mike Xu, CEO of vivo Malaysia, said the company had seen many changes in 2020, and knew it was never easy for everyone. “The persistency of young people and their adaptability to change will be shown through X50 Pro with Gan’s presentation - serving as an inspiration for all to redefine their impression towards others,” Xu explained.
Separately, Vivo Malaysia recently collaborated with local music record label, Ban Huat, to release a new song titled "On Track". The song was produced by two Malaysian artistes, Dato' Maw and Jay Wang, and aimed to appeal to the Malaysian Chinese market. A music video for "On Track" was also released, and showed the two artistes touring around Penang while using Vivo's product, Vivo S1 Pro, in the video.
