Vitasoy unveils new Vita Fresh Tea pop-up as part of omnichannel strategy

Vitasoy HK has unveiled a Vita Fresh Tea flash pop-up store in Hong Kong's K11 Art Mall to refresh the city with its products as part of the company's omnichannel strategy. 

Available until 18 June at the atrium of K11 Art Mall, the pop-up store is designed as a fashionable tea house (維他鮮茶所) with the theme colour of yellow and green, where visitors can immerse themselves in the ambience of a real tea store.

The pop-up store features four activity areas, including different booth games and activations. In the booth game area namely 採摘新鮮時刻, visitors can be rewarded a box of Vita fresh apple tea if they can use designated tool to pick eight apples within 20 seconds.

While in the fresh tea area (新鮮喫茶區), visitors will be awarded a box of Vita fresh tea after they follow Vita Family HK’s official Instagram and participate in Vita’s Instagram story game. Meanwhile, visitors may purchase Vita fresh tea products and Vita fresh tea themed products such as blind boxes, recycling bag and drink carrying bag for Vita fresh tea in the gift area. They can also take picture with thematic characters at the photo shooting area.

Back in May, Vitasoy International appointed Lydia Yau as its new head of group marketing strategies and communications. This head role was newly created because the company saw the need to build a more purpose-driven, distinctive and consistent branding as the business scale internationally.
