Uni-China Group has promoted Alex Lee (pictured) to its head of marketing and group head of digital and data analytics for the storage business.

Reporting directly to Agnes Lung, executive director and the group chief marketing and digital officer, Lee will play a vital role in Uni-China Group's digital transformation journey.

Working closely with Lung, Lee will support Uni-China Group's ambitious digital transformation initiatives, including the upcoming launch of its revamped eCommerce platform.

Leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and performance marketing expertise, Lee will provide insights and guidance to ensure a successful platform launch.

Additionally, Lee will partner with the CRM team to ensure the complete overhaul of the CRM system, enabling the delivery of a seamless and personalised customer experience. This collaborative effort will drive long-term customer loyalty and foster digital growth while implementing the totally revamped CRM project.

With Lee's multifaceted roles, Uni-China Group is well-equipped for business expansion and digital transformation. The organisation is poised to thrive in the digital era, delivering exceptional customer experiences, sustainable growth, and driving results through targeted marketing strategies.

Most recently, Lee joined Uni-China Group as its deputy head of marketing for 24 Storage, where he was responsible for driving 24 Storage’s digital growth and transform its marketing strategies.

Lee brings over 13 years of experience in the digital industry, having worked at both the brand and agency levels, and contributing to the digital success across various brands such as HSBC, Cathay Pacific, Rosewood Hotels, Philips and Colgate-Palmolive.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in leveraging digital technology to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency, particularly in the areas of digital technologies and programmatic advertising.
