Malaysian soda brand The Original Beverage has picked Chariot Agency as its new creative partner for all advertising efforts including their soda brand, honeyB.

As honeyB prepares to expand beyond Malaysian borders, Chariot Agency will be the driving force behind shaping its global image. From branding to digital marketing, Chariot will leverage its expertise to ensure honeyB stands out, not just in the competitive beverage market but in the lifestyle one.

This is an exciting chapter for honeyB as it will be the first time they take the leap to scale up their marketing campaigns, it said in a statement.

“This partnership with Chariot Agency has got us jumping out of our seats. We are incredibly excited to develop honeyB and all future products into a vibrant lifestyle brand together with them," said Jen Lee, co-founder and executive director of The Original Beverage.

"It's creativity and innovation perfectly align with our vision. We believe this collaboration will help us connect with consumers on a deeper level, locally and globally, to make honeyB a household name everywhere,” Lee added.

“This marks an exhilarating opportunity for us to harness our creative expertise and strategic insight, propelling The Original Beverage to unprecedented success in Malaysia and their future expansions," said Adrian Cheah, managing director of Chariot Agency.

"We're enthusiastic about diving in, forging a close collaboration with the honeyB team, and crafting groundbreaking campaigns that will captivate audiences and elevate the brand to new heights,” added Cheah.

The news comes shortly after Chariot Agency worked with MISC for their International Day for Women in Maritime for a heartwarming campaign.

The campaign “Her, As Told by Them” centres around heartfelt testimonials from the loved ones of female seafarers.

Recognising that many women in maritime often underestimate their own strength and contributions, the campaign aims to capture the admiration and respect that their families and friends hold for them. Through a series of intimate interviews, these personal reflections have been documented and transformed into powerful works of art.

The campaign will feature three videos, with employees of MISC at the front and centre. The first of three feature an engineer from Malaysia named Nazura.
