As the newly appointed agency, Hashmeta will be delivering social media strategies and campaigns that aim to elevate The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore's level of engagement with its customers.

In addition to creating social media content, Hashmeta will assist the coffee brand with influencer engagement and outreach to grow brand visibility while expanding its audience pool.

Lee Pei Shan, head of marketing for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore, said, "We are impressed with the level of creativity and commitment from Hashmeta's pitch, which exemplified their social media expertise and capability in strategic thinking."

She added that with this new partnership, it hopes to enhance its social media presence with more innovative content and to forge stronger engagement with its customers.

CEO of Hashmeta, Monica Zhuang, added that being appointed as the coffee chain's social media retainer agency gives the agency an opportunity to showcase the essence of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore's brand on platforms such as TikTok, where creativity and authenticity can make an impact and resonate with its audience.

The digital human AI clone service offers a range of benefits for businesses, including the ability to generate over 100 videos in a day, save time and costs by reducing manpower, and penetrate new markets with multiple language options.
