Telkomsel, Indonesia's largest telecommunications operator, has entered into a strategic partnership with Novosol, a global mobile video advertising firm. The collaboration aims to capitalise on Indonesia's booming US$20 billion advertising market, with a revenue target of US$300 million within the first three years.

This initiative will grant brands, advertisers, agencies, and resellers access to over 270 million Indonesian mobile users, including Telkomsel's 170 million subscribers.

The partnership seeks to reshape Indonesia's digital advertising landscape, driving innovation and reinforcing Telkomsel's market leadership. With a 59% revenue share in the sector, Telkomsel aims to unlock new high-margin revenue streams while enhancing engagement across its user base.

Brands and advertisers will benefit from improved marketing ROI, AI-powered automation, and innovative digital solutions. Agencies and resellers will also gain access to new revenue opportunities and improved profit margins, supported by Novosol's cutting-edge ad technology.

At the core of this partnership is moLotus, Novosol's breakthrough GSM-based advertising platform that delivers high-quality, 40-second mobile video ads directly to users' inboxes. Unlike major ad platforms, moLotus does not require apps or data plans, ensuring seamless reach across all mobile devices, including feature phones.

With its global scalability, personalised and interactive capabilities, and AI-driven automation, moLotus provides a powerful tool for advertisers to maximise campaign performance. The platform offers various ad formats—including HQ Video, Slideshow, Showcase, Brochure, and Greeting—designed to improve engagement, response rates, and conversion.

Novosol is also investing in AI-driven enhancements for moLotus, focusing on ad creation, campaign optimisation, and data analytics to drive further innovation.

Indonesia presents a vast opportunity for mobile advertising, and moLotus is uniquely positioned to capitalise on this growth. With established partnerships across Asia—including Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Vietnam—Novosol is now expanding into Western markets, aligning with the industry's projected US$1 trillion global mobile advertising boom by 2032.
