SmarTone reconnects customers with new campaign

Telecom SmarTone has launched a new campaign video “Best Connectivity” featuring the interconnected stories from family and love, to promote how SmarTone’s 5G network connects our customers and brings them closer to the people that matter.

In the video, the story was mainly framed in the same train carriage with intersection between two individual stories. The scene was started with a young man who has mislocated the meet-up destination and failed to connect with his girlfriend on phone due to the poor connections.

In contrast, a father, as a SmarTone 5G user, was animatedly telling a bedtime story to his daughter on a video call seamlessly along the train route. Through the respective phone conversations from the two protagonists to their loved ones, the dialogues between the father-daughter and couple were tactfully intersected and connected.

As SmarTone has always been committed to “Building Network with Heart” with its customer-centric services, this heart-warming video story strategically troubleshot the poor network connectivity experiences from public members and accentuated the wide coverage of SmarTone 5G network.

It also demonstrated the brand’s MTR 5G network with the widest coverage. Not only does SmarTone 5G support seamless and smooth daily applications such as video calling, live streaming, gaming, etc., but it also enables customers the most spectrum resources in Hong Kong to cultivate best connections in all relationships.

The promotional video was directed by renowned director David Tsui who has over 40 years of extensive experiences in advertising industry and has directed various classic advertisement.

Previously in July this year, SmarTone has launched a new network master video campaign featuring cross-generational celebrities Lo Mang (羅莽) and Fan Pui Ka (Ah Gi) to promote its 5G network quality and user experience.

The video, which is directed by Mihiel Wong, strategically showcases the effort of SmarTone’s engineering team who is committed to building unique mobile network with heart for Hong Kong people to enjoy unrivalled mobile experience anytime anywhere.
