Integrated luxury marketing agency Reuter Communications has expanded its senior leadership team and digital capabilities with three big appointments.

Lily Lu has been named as the agency’s digital director, Ian Lin as its creative director, and Sharon Liang (pictured above) as its director for people and culture. All three will be based at the agency’s Shanghai headquarters.

Lu has over 15 years’ digital and advertising industry experience, having worked at major agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA, Proximity, and Saatchi & Saatchi. She specialises in digital strategy, social activations, and social-CRM.

Lin brings more than 8 years’ experience to his new CD role, with a background in digital, eCommerce and social.

Liang joins from IPG where she was a senior member of the local management team, providing talent leadership across the IPG business.

Shashin Surti, general manager, Reuter Communications, said “We’re thrilled to have Lily, Ian and Sharon join our business and help us set our future-facing, digital-first agenda. Their deep knowledge of both the digital ecosystem and cultural landscape of China will be invaluable as we continue to develop our strategic, integrated capabilities for luxury brands in China.”

Reuter Communications maintains offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. This news shortly follows the relocation of director Vanessa Wu to London to oversee the office there.
