Regal Hotels unveils new membership reward programme as part of digital transformation journey

In response to the evolving digital landscape in Hong Kong, Regal Hotels International has introduced a brand-new all-in-one membership reward programme to elevate customers’ experiences.

Also known as “Regal Club”, the mobile app unifies its current memberships into an all-in-one platform, aiming to create an ecosystem that includes diverse businesses within the group and meet the needs of its customers in the digital age.

According to the company, the Regal Club app has adopted an improved, clear design, which offers an intuitive and seamless way to access exclusive benefits, gifts and rewards across more than 60 participating merchant outlets in its hotels and restaurants. The app allows members to enjoy a more personalised and rewarding experience, with a range of exclusive privileges tailored to their preferences such as special discounts on dining, spa treatments, eShop purchases, as well as additional rewards during birthday celebrations. Furthermore, the app offers privileges with convenience and flexibility such as late check-out, guaranteed room reservations and early bird offers on Regal Hotels eShop. 

The Regal Club is part of the hotel’s step in its ongoing digital transformation journey. Back in January, Regal Hotels Group tapped into the metaverse with a virtual land acquired at Mega City 2 of The Sandbox, a decentralised gaming virtual world and subsidiary of Animoca Brands. It was the first eco-friendly hotel built in MetaGreen, the first green metropolis in The Sandbox.
