Global communications agency Redhill has appointed Windy Anindya Putri (pictured) as its country head of Indonesia to oversee operational functions and develop new business in Indonesia as Redhill seeks to strengthen its presence and expand its local network.

Based in Jakarta, Putri will be working closely with Redhill’s management team and local stakeholders. She joins the team with over a decade of communications and marketing experience in public relations, advertising, startups and recruitment across Southeast Asia.

“Putri has a wealth of experience as a communications professional, especially in agile organisations with high growth, and her familiarity with the Indonesian market is unmatched,” said Manisha Seewal, president of Redhill.

“Indonesia has always been an important market for Redhill and Putri is the perfect person to take our presence here to the next level,” she continued.

Before joining Redhill, Putri was the marketing director of Orbit Future Academy and director of Orbit Jobs with Orbit Ventura Indonesia, where she oversaw brand building and helped to grow the marketing department from 2022 to 2023, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Putri also has experience leading product launches in Indonesia when she was the head of marketing at automotive company Carro from October 2020 to April 2022.

“Indonesia is full of amazing opportunities for brands and businesses, and it is particularly dynamic for a consulting agency business such as Redhill,” said Putri.

“My goal is to work together to align our visions and take Redhill Indonesia to new heights, revolutionising the industry and exceeding client expectations through strategic innovation, agility and an unwavering commitment to the success of both Redhill and our clients,” she continued.

As the agency continues its growth, it recently appointed Seewal as its new president to oversee and enhance the agency's business and operational functions, as the company seeks to accelerate its growth sustainably to become a holistic and integrated communications agency.

Seewal will be based in Singapore but will focus her efforts throughout the Southeast Asia market, she said to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. She will also support the ongoing global expansion efforts in markets such as the USA, UK, Australia and the Middle East. She will be reporting to Redhill's Founder and CEO, Jacob Puthenparambil with the appointment coming into effect immediately.
