Qingjian Realty leans on Asia PR Werkz's real estate publicity expertise

Real estate developer Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group has appointed Asia PR Werkz for its upcoming project, jointly developed with Perennial Real Estate Holdings. Drawing on its communications expertise and experience in real estate publicity, Asia PR Werkz will provide strategic counsel on the branding and marketing strategies as well as drive publicity efforts for the upcoming launch.
Nestled in Bukit Timah, the freehold property known as former Goodluck Garden, is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2020. The account will be led by Ginny-Ann Oh, director at Asia PR Werkz. Oh said the agency has come a long way in achieving significant milestones with Qingjian Realty, and strives to bring greater prominence in its latest collaboration with Perennial Real Estate Holdings.
Qingjian Realty and Asia PR Werkz first partnered up in 2016, with the former being the agency's first real estate client. Since then, Asia PR Werkz has bagged more property developers including property group Lendlease in 2017.
Most recently, Asia PR Werkz was appointed by Korean electronics company LG Electronics as its public relations agency for Singapore. Starting March 2020, the appointment is for a period of one year with an option to extend another year. The agency will be responsible for handling all media relations across its business units which comprises of Home Appliances and Air Solutions, Home Entertainment and Information Technology, for both B2C and B2B media. Asia PR Werkz will also be providing strategic communications counsel and drive publicity for its campaigns and product launches.
Asia PR Werkz started 2020 with its expansion into Indonesia. According to the agency, this marks its first office overseas in its 24 years of presence in Singapore. The agency also touts Indonesia's media landscape as "vibrant against the backdrop of disruptive technologies and innovation". The expansion into Indonesia was led by director Anu Gupta, and the team currently has an employee based there.
