Prudential SG says goodbye to bad habits with immersive wellness pop-up

Prudential Singapore has unveiled “Every body club” (EBC), a free-to-join wellness initiative designed to help Singaporeans live well across a longer health span.

The campaign aims to address the growing needs of Singapore’s ageing population and the rising prevalence of chronic diseases as well as the accessible solutions that are essential to help everyone live healthier lives.

Central to the campaign is a multi-year programme built in partnership with independent creative agency GOODSTUPH. The programme aims to shift consumer behaviour from short-term health kicks to sustainable everyday habits through gym perks, expert guidance, and community-driven programming.

To launch the initiative, GOODSTUPH created a four-day immersive pop-up experience titled "A farewell to our former selves", running from 26 to 29 June at School Hall, New Bahru.

The activation invites visitors to bring symbolic objects such as an old T-shirt or takeaway sleeve that represent unhealthy habits or mental baggage they’re ready to let go of. These items are photographed and sealed in a capsule gallery as part of a personal ritual for change.

Interactive zones include InBody scans, conversation-starter card games by Abbey Label, and pop-up workouts and mobility sessions led by F45 coaches. Visitors can also sign up for the club on-site and enjoy exclusive launch perks.

EBC offers members a range of wellness benefits, including introductory gym rates, 20% off tickets to the upcoming Glow Festival by Prudential, community-led clinics focused on nutrition and mobility, and expert talks from dietitians, sports physicians, and psychologists.

The club promotes a “small wins” model, encouraging micro-actions such as five-minute stretches or balanced meals to build long-term behavioural change.

Prudential Singapore first appointed GOODSTUPH as its social media agency in October 2023. The appointment is for two years, during which the agency will work on 'always on' retainer work as well as ad hoc campaigns that come its way, say Pat Law, founder of GOODSTUPH Singapore at the time.
