OPPO has launched a campaign to encourage more face-to-face connections in an increasingly digital world.
The campaign, “Enjoy the Present” launched with a brand film, encouraging users to foster meaningful connections beyond the screen by putting their phones aside to enjoy the present with their loved ones.

The brand film sees a child in a restaurant looking at the adults around her – from the waiter to her family – glued to their smart devices, be it texting, on a phone call and even gaming.
Realising this, she proceeds to throw a green ball to the adults on her table to divert their attention away from their smart devices. As their attention is captured, the entire restaurant is filled with colourful balls as the adults start to pay attention to each other instead.
The film seeks to remind everyone to unplug and stay connected to the present by cherishing their loved ones and what is in front of them.
On top of this, the brand also released a digital whack-a-mole game, serving as a fun new years' party game that users can enjoy together.
The game aims to reflect the humanistic care spirit that the brand embodies through its technology, products and services and is demonstrated through OPPO's innovation.
An exclusive video titled "POV: That one friend who is always on the phone" was also produced in collaboration with local host and content creator, Royce Lee.
The video showcased Lee constantly on his phone while a friend is trying to converse with him, emphasising the importance of enjoying the present.
The ad comes shortly after the brand launched a new 3D out-of-home (OOH) campaign titled "The Champion Foldables, Reimagined". The campaign celebrated the brand's official sponsorship of the UEFA champions League and the launch of the OPPO Find N3 phone series.
As part of the 3D campaign, a football and the Find N3 Flip flew out of the screen in a 30-second advertisement. The out-of-home billboard was located at Ten Square, Landmark of Good @ 1 Short Street.
"At OPPO, we are constantly looking for innovative ways to engage with consumers. We chose Singapore for the global debut of the Find N3 Series, marking our 10th year anniversary in the market," OPPO said in a statement to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
