Logistic company Ninja Van Philippines has rolled out new supply chain management solutions for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Named Logistics+, the service is aimed at easing the manpower load of MSME and helping them to save time by navigating the complex and ever-changing network of suppliers, manufacturing partners, transportation providers, and financial service providers for them.
This comes after Ninja Van found that MSMEs make up a key segment in the company’s business portfolio and that they would benefit from its value-added services. Ninja Van cited figures from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in a statement highlighting that around 99.5% of businesses operating in the country are MSMEs.
The platform has already benefited over 30,000 MSMEs across Southeast Asia. “We want to go beyond last mile deliveries and provide complete logistics solutions to take the hassle out of our shippers’ experience. As a regional player with a strong local thrust, we also want to help expand the Filipino MSMEs’ access to solutions that can help them unlock other opportunities,” said Sabrina Lopez-Vergara, the chief commercial officer of Ninja Van.

The Logistics+ solution includes a wide range of services across warehousing, fulfilment, international cargo transportation, procurement, and cross-border payment solutions.
Its fulfilment service, named “Ninja Fulfilment”, also provides merchants with end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment capabilities. This service comes in handy particularly for MSMEs as most of them are not equipped with comprehensive warehouse and inventory facilities.
“The service covers customised warehouse management solutions which can be integrated to the merchants’ chosen marketplaces, as well as value-added services such as custom packaging and same-day delivery,” said Ninja Van.
Other services included in the solution are Ninja Direct which provides end-to-end procurement solution with attractive rates, and Ninja Financial Services where merchants can enjoy cross-border payments hassle-free.
Meanwhile, Ninja Cross Border offers international cargo transportation by land, air, and sea. In the Philippines, Ninja Cross Border allows shoppers to make hassle-free purchases from eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shein.
This isn’t Ninja Van’s first foray into marketing value-added services. Besides offering delivery services, empowering MSMEs is also a major part of its business. In March, Ninja Van rolled out Public Relations-as-a-service (PRaaS) for businesses shipping in Malaysia and Singapore.
With regards to the launch of the new service, Ninja Van said that PR is a key tool in helping shippers create brand recognition, build credibility and manage brand reputation, thereby achieving shippers’ business goals. A recent survey conducted among Ninja Van shippers across SEA also found that 44% expressed interest to explore what PR can do for their businesses.
