Moschino names Girls' Generation's Tiffany Young as new house ambassador

Italian fashion house Moschino has named Tiffany Young (pictured), member of South Korean pop girl group Girls' Generation, as its new global ambassador.
Young was reportedly picked by Moschino for her bold approach to her endeavors in music, film and fashion which aligns with the brand’s vision, according to Massimo Ferretti, president of Aeffe SpA, Moschino’s parent company.
In her appointment as ambassador, Young will be the face of Moschino's Fall/Winter 2023 campaign and will represent the brand at its pop-up events.

Moschino took to Instagram to celebrate its new ambassador by posting photos of Young donning the brand’s new jewel-encrusted collection.
"Today I became the house ambassador of the Italian fashion house Moschino. I'm extremely happy to be part of an Italian house with a deep history like Moschino and really excited for the journey ahead," said Young on Instagram
“I’m honored to be a part of the Moschino family. I can not wait for this exciting journey with such a storied Italian House,” added Young in a seperate post on Moschino's Instagram page.
As Moschino’s ambassador, Young also made an appearance at the brand’s pre-fall pop-up store in Seoul’ South Korea as seen by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE on Young’s Instagram page.
Despite the appointment, Moschino has yet to name a new creative director after Jeremy Scott stepped down from his role which he held for a decade, according to media reports.
Fashion houses are also no stranger to tapping on the popularity of South Korean stars. Recently, Louis Vuitton named Felix Lee, member of Korean boy band Stray Kids, as its latest house ambassador, aiming to captivate global audiences with his unique creative energy.
A check by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE of Louis Vuitton's official Instagram saw that its three latest posts on the news garnered over one million likes within a day of the announcement.
