Louis Vuitton has wowed the fashion world by naming Zendaya as its newest brand ambassador with the launch of the iconic Capucines collection. The fashion house has also unveiled a "stunning" campaign featuring the Euphoria actress

Within the campaign ad, Zendaya was seen showcasing elegant dance moves while carrying various Capucines handbags of different colours at the Roquebrune-Cap-Martin house, designed by architect Eileen Gray, in the Cote d’Azur region of France.

According to the video teasers on LV's Instagram, the brand said it picked Zendaya as its house ambassador as she embodies the audacious spirit of the maison, exuding a bold, feminine allure in the LV Capucines campaign. Her spirit also aligns with the Capucines collection, which symbolises the quintessence of Louis Vuitton crafted with a blend of elegance, versatility, and savoir-faire.

Commenting on the brand partnership, the actress explained to Vogue how she felt as she becomes the house ambassador for the LV, “I remember growing up around LV campaigns...There was this one that I loved from the early 2000s of Naomi Campbell, and she’s like sprawled out over a trunk. I can still see it. I can see the image in my head and I remember seeing it in magazines as a kid.”

MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Louis Vuitton for more information.

Back in February, Louis Vuitton named Pharrell Williams, American musician, record producer and designer as new men's creative director, succeeding Virgil Abloh. The brand also appointed Chinese Canadian pop star Jackson Wang as its brand ambassador in January, who was one of the brand’s most high-profile Chinese ambassadors.
