Yoga and activewear brand lululemon is partnering Disney for a limited-edition collection inspired by both brand's shared appreciation of wellbeing through joy, fun and movement.

The limited-edition collection, and the first-ever collab for the brands, is inspired by vintage Disney graphics. The graphics features modern and elevated takes on imagery of iconic characters Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. It also includes raw sketch images and silhouettes of the iconic Mickey in Motion.

The collection features 34-pieces of apparel and offers a variety of products including classic lululemon performance styles and casual favourites such as the align tank top, align high-rise pants, define jacket nulu, fleece oversized hoodie amongst many others.

To celebrate the collection, lululemon and Disney have released a campaign titled "happily ever active".

The campaign features lululemon ambassadors NBA star Jordan Clarkson, ice dancer and Olympian Piper Giles, runner and tv personality Matt James, Olympian and runner Colleen Quigley and peloton instructor Cody Rigsby.

Executed across lululemon's socials, the campaign sees the ambassadors showcasing and celebrating their own personal forms of joy and movement alongside Mickey Mouse.

The limited-edition collection launches online globally on lululemon's website on 12 November.

This collaboration comes as the activewear brand partnered with Korean actor Park Seo Jun to take everyone on his personal journey to discovering the importance of wellbeing.

Titled “Stories of Growth”, the short film aims to inspire people to embrace wellbeing. Within the film, Park shares how taking a holistic view of physical, mental and social wellbeing has helped him manage the pressures he faces both on and off screen.

“In any case, living is always about the present. If I don’t live well in the present and don’t manage the present well, it’s difficult to meet the future I dream of. Moreover, we don’t know what kind of future is awaiting us, so I always try to be faithful to today, to spend each day well,” Park said in the film.

The film was released earlier this month.
