7UP sparks the mixologist in Gen Zs in new campaign

7UP has unveiled its latest campaign “Level up with 7UP” to celebrate its new global platform dedicated to those looking to elevate their social occasions.

Through this campaign, 7UP aims to celebrate the creative expression of Gen Z and Millennials, as well as reiterate its role as the go-to drink for crafting refreshing mixes to round out any gathering.

As part of the campaign, 7UP has released a short film that features friends turning up the fun by mixing 7UP in their own creative ways such as adding lime, fruit punch and more.

Throughout the month, 7UP will also launch new influencer content series aimed at making it easier to create and enjoy delicious mixed drinks. The content series is designed to guide Gen Zs and Millennials through the steps of how to level up with 7UP.

The series will see creators incorporating 7UP into much-loved beverages and demonstrating how simple it can be to enhance the taste whilst putting a unique spin on their drink of choice.

In addition, social media users can use the hashtag #LEVELUPWITH7UP on TikTok and Instagram for inspiration on adding a sparkling twist to classic drinks. The #LEVELUPWITH7UP platform has been rolled out across various regions worldwide.

"We're excited to launch our new 7UP mixology campaign, designed to show how adding 7UP to your social occasions can elevate unforgettable moments. With countless ways to enjoy 7UP, this campaign highlights all the different mixes consumers can create,” said Eric Melis, vice president, global brand marketing for 7UP.

“Whether you're sipping on a mocktail spritz, using it as your chosen mixer or enjoying it straight from the can, 7UP provides the perfect blend of flavour and fizz, creating a refreshing experience that's ideal for any moment spent with friends,” added Melis.

This comes as 7UP introduced its new brand identity last year with a modern design that aims to elevate its international positioning that adds moments of ‘UPliftment’ to the everyday.

The new brand identity came with the expression ‘New Get Up, Same 7UP’. The visual identity system - which marks the first major overhaul in over seven years - represents a design that better captures the brand essence, in keeping with its international platform.

The design maintained 7UP’s iconic signature green colouring. With added zesty citrus tones, it brought a vibrant, uplifting new feel to the design while still showcasing the freshness of its unique taste.
