KFC Singapore names new marketing director

Fast food chain KFC Singapore has named Jaslyn Lam (pictured) as its new marketing director. This comes shortly after Juliana Lim, its former senior marketing director, transitions to lead the Pizza Hut's office in Singapore as its new general manager. In Lam's new role as KFC Singapore's marketing director, she will focus on enhancing brand development, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

According to the company, Lam's background in both agency and client-side roles provides her with a versatile skill set, ready to deliver impactful results, KFC said. Lam was previously the managing director at The Atelier & Co. where she worked closely with its founder and executive director to oversee operations, marketing efforts and business development across all business segments and with a focus on exclusive luxury experiences for B2B and B2C customers.
Prior to her stint at The Atelier & Co, Lam was with VCCP as its business director from 2021 to 2023. In her role, she worked closely with the marketing leads and product owners on planning brand strategy, building business cases and go-to-market approaches for their product lines. She worked with clients such as OCBC, Julie's, NTUC Union, National Gallery and Mount Elizabeth.
Before VCCP, Lam was with Saatchi & Saatchi as its global account director. In the role, which she held for just under three years, Lam managed the Pampers (P&G) account both globally and regionally. Lam has also held roles in DDB, TBWA, JWT and others.
Lim on the other hand served as senior director, marketing and innovations at KFC for over nine years. In her time with KFC, the team had boosted sales and embraced new industry trends such as efforts to support sustainability as well as introducing immersive brand experiences and digital innovations.
Lim was also senior marketing director for Pizza Hut Singapore for a decade before joining KFC.
