Keeta and LUBUDS redefine premium food delivery with new partnership
share on
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, and LUBUDS Group, the homegrown culinary group, have partnered up to elevate premium food delivery service for exquisite meals, aiming to replicate the quality of restaurant dining for discerning consumers.
This partnership will focus on three key areas including leveraging big data for consumer trend analysis, advancing food delivery packaging, and elevating the delivery experience.
As part of the partnership, Keeta is set to explore and develop a takeaway model tailored for gourmet dining, improving the delivery journey and offering precise delivery services for LUBUDS' eateries. Coupled with Keeta's "On-time promise", it provides stable delivery services for customers, consistently maintaining a punctuality rate of over 98%, with an average delivery time of 30 minutes.
Keeta's CRM system will also undergo continuous upgrades to help brands stay in sync with consumer trends, while local professional team will provide customised services. These services include tailoring popular dishes and offering business recommendations, all designed to amplify restaurant appeal and boost operational efficiency.
Another key direction of this strategic partnership is to explore the seamless connection of online and offline (O2O) experiences. Keeta offers a series of consumer incentives, positioning the takeaway experience as a gateway for new users to discover gourmet delights. They will also devise personalised offers based on user preferences to entice them to dine at the restaurant.
Yao Jian-qiao, commercial director of Hong Kong business, Keeta, said, "Once customers have sampled the gastronomic delights of LUBUDS Group's restaurants through Keeta, they will naturally be drawn to experience the full culinary showcase of the chefs at the restaurant. This progression of experiences underscores the added value of premium food delivery."
Yao added, "We are excited to forge a strategic partnership with the LUBUDS Group. It underscores our shared commitment to delivering a premium dining experience. Looking forward, we aim to jointly broaden the landscape of high-end dining experiences. Keeta is dedicated to infusing innovation into the Hong Kong food delivery market, attentively addressing the needs of our users and providing the Hongkongers with inventive and top-tier food delivery services, always responsive to user feedback."
Berfa Chow, LUBUDS group chief operations officer, stated: "LUBUDS has been in the restaurant industry in Hong Kong for 19 years, witnessing market changes. In recent years, the pandemic has altered customers' dining habits, significantly raising their expectations for takeaway services. Therefore, LUBUDS will partner with Keeta, to combine our mutual experience and big data analysis to more accurately provide customers with reasonably priced and exquisite takeaways. We hope that customers can enjoy a unique lifestyle experience both online and offline, seamlessly bringing the gourmet delights from LUBUDS outlets at your doorsteps."
LUBUDS Group was established in 2006 with the launch of its first Japanese outlet. The group has since introduced Modern Japanese, European, Vietnamese, Specialty Coffee, Thai, Cantonese, Korean and Sichuanese over 15 different cuisine types, 35 F&B brands across Hong Kong. LUBUDS also manages a boutique hotel in House 1881 in Hong Kong since 2020.
To date, LUBUDS has a team of over 1,300 staff and nearly 60 outlets, it is committed to providing immersive customer experiences and to showcasing its first-class dining offerings to locals and visitors alike and presenting them the priceless moments.
Nearly 60 restaurants from LUBUDS Group have joined Keeta, including the Michelin recommended restaurant "Yue", the celebrity favourite "Mian", the specialty coffee "Blooms Coffee" managed by artist Moses Chan, the only authentic Sichuan cuisine "Chuan Chuan" certified by Sichuan Province in Hong Kong, Japanese restaurant "Yaki ANA", and the Southeast Asian cuisine "What The Pho" and "Sawadee Chef".
