The partnership was arranged and will be managed by Dentsu Sports Asia, the press statement read.“The Yakult family has watched Schooling grow up from an aspiring young swimmer to become a true champion that he is today. Not only is he a remarkable athlete, his humility and strong family values resonates with Yakult Singapore’s humble beginnings and core values,” Kiyotaka Sakurai, managing director of Yakult Singapore said.He added that Yakult Singapore has always been a strong supporter of Singapore’s swimming activities and it made sense for the brand to extend its support to Schooling in inspiring the next generation of Singapore swimmers and athletes.“Growing up, Yakult has always been a staple in our home and even during my stay in the US. I’m extremely happy to partner a brand that shares the same values as I believe in – health and family unity," Schooling added.Earlier this month, ONE Championship had appointed Schooling as an ambassador, which will see him exclusively promoting ONE Championship sporting events.
