In the video, Hermansyah and his family are seen eating tangerines from Jeju and taking pictures with Oh. Oh also presented them with the ambassador appointment certificate and commemorative gifts.

In a statement, Oh said that he had a great time with Hermansyah and his family, who are active on social media. He added that he looks forward to exchanges with Jeju, Indonesia and many other countries.

Hermansyah is an Indonesian influencer with 4.8 million followers on Instagram, 2.7 million followers on Facebook and 6.58 million follows on his YouTube. Him and his wife are known for creating music-related, travel, food and family content.

A few months ago, Chinese actress Fan Bingbing was appointed as the state of Melaka's tourism ambassador. "Visit Melaka 2024" aims to reposition the state as an ideal tourism destination.

Fan later visited the Malaysian state in June where she visited key tourist destinations of Melaka, such as the Baba House Melaka, Melaka River Cruise and local Peranakan restaurants.

She was also seen donning various traditional wear like the Nonya Kebaya at these sites, as well as eating local delights like durian cendol.
