IKEA Indonesia picks new media agency

Home furnishings retailer, IKEA, has picked M&C Saatchi Performance as its new integrated media agency for Indonesia, according to a statement.
M&C Saatchi Performance will lead IKEA’s media initiatives. The agency’s role will encompass developing and executing a robust integrated media strategy to drive results across online and offline mediums.
This appointment follows IKEA's successful 10-year presence in Indonesia, now with seven stores, to meet rising market demand.

With a shared vision to enhance brand presence and drive online and offline consumer engagement, IKEA is working with M&C Saatchi Performance to build a full-funnel media strategy.
This collaboration is a strategic step towards IKEA’s reach and impact across the Indonesian market, it said.
“Partnering with M&C Saatchi Performance allows us to leverage their expertise in media," said Irfansyah Putra, country head of marketing IKEA Indonesia.
"We trust that their strategies and measurement frameworks will be crucial to our success, and we count on their prowess in navigating the evolving privacy landscape to ensure our marketing efforts remain compliant and consumer-centric," Irfansyah added.
“We are thrilled to partner with IKEA, a brand synonymous with innovation and quality,” added Nachiket Desai, Indonesia’s country director at M&C Saatchi Performance.
This comes shortly after IKEA partnered with global platform Roblox to launch a virtual store globally.
"We're excited to be the first brand to launch paid work on Roblox to showcase how we do careers differently, bringing our unique career philosophy to life," said Darren Taylor, country people and culture manager, IKEA UK and Ireland.
