Globe Business rolls out 'Choose the courage to transform' to inspire digital adoption

Globe Business, the enterprise arm of Globe Telecom, has launched the "Choose the courage to transform" campaign, reaffirming its commitment to driving digital transformation. The initiative aims to highlight the need for stronger networks, strategic partnerships, and digital upskilling as businesses navigate an increasingly tech-driven economy.

In the digital era, businesses encounter challenges such as infrastructure limitations, cybersecurity risks, and the growing demand for digital skills, the company said in a release. Despite 94% of enterprises recognising digital transformation as a crucial growth opportunity, only 36% have fully implemented strategies to embrace it, according to the World Business Outlook.

"'Courage to transform' is a mindset that empowers businesses to break barriers, embrace change, and make bold decisions for long-term success. True transformation takes vision and resilience, and with Globe Business, organisations gain a trusted partner and expertise to turn ambition into action," Globe stated.

During its Partners' Collaboration Night, Globe Business head KD Dizon (pictured) reinforced this commitment, assuring enterprises that the company is fully invested in their transformation journey. Meanwhile, Jonathan Cristobal, marketing head of Globe Business, introduced this year's sustained programmes designed to support businesses at every stage of digital adoption.

A key highlight of the event was a fireside chat that delved into overcoming transformation challenges and leading with courage. The night culminated with the premiere of a thematic campaign film that underscored Globe Business's customer-centric approach and genuine malasakit (compassion). Whether through ensuring seamless connectivity, cloud migration, or cybersecurity enhancement, the film showcased how Globe Business stands as an ally for companies striving for digital excellence.

"Like the stories we've brought to life in our campaign film, true transformation demands more than just technology. We strive to be their trusted partner, helping Philippine enterprises to not only adapt, but also lead in the digital economy," said Dizon.

Beyond technological transformation, Globe recognises the increasing role of values-driven decision-making in shaping consumer and business strategies. This was emphasised by Mai Marcelo, Globe Telecom's globe vice president and customer intelligence head, during her keynote speech at the Insight Innovation Exchange Asia Pacific 2025 in Bangkok.

Marcelo highlighted that purchasing decisions are no longer solely based on price or product features. Instead, consumers gravitate towards brands that reflect their personal values, much like how voters support leaders aligned with their principles.

Founded in 1935, Globe Telecom is the Philippines' leading telecommunications provider. Subsidiaries under the group include 917Ventures, Kickstart Ventures, Asticom Technology, Bayan Telecommunications, and GTI Business Holdings.
