Flash Coffee Hong Kong has promoted Maria Bien (pictured) to its new head of marketing, succeeding Iris Yeung. Bien will report to Jonathan Tsao, managing director of Flash Coffee Hong Kong.

In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Bien said she will be leading and managing the marketing and creative team to drive business growth and brand engagement in the local market. Her responsibilities include developing and driving the strategic direction of the team towards achieving the brand’s marketing goals.

Prior to her new role, Bien had been Flash Coffee HK's growth and partnership manager since July last year. She was responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and engagement, as well as building marketing strategies that help both our brand and partners succeed.

“In addition to managing the team, I am also accountable for formulating holistic and integrated marketing, partnership, and CRM strategies. These strategies are strategised to drive demand, raise brand awareness, acquire new customers, and increase app adoption rates,” Bien said.
